Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility

You are acting in your own name and for your own account — not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

Account Registration

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 9ph10 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication codes.

5.1 Credential Confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 9ph10 will never ask for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

5.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 9ph10 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your Account. 9ph10 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 9ph10 offers optional SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA). Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access. While 2FA is optional, 9ph10 strongly recommends its activation, particularly for accounts with active balances.

5.4 Account Sharing. Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not permit or allow any other person to access your Account, place bets on your behalf, or use your Account in any manner. Accounts found to be shared or operated by persons other than the registered account holder will be suspended.

Deposits & Payments

9ph10 accepts deposits through approved Philippine payment channels. Accepted methods currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. 6.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 9ph10 is ₱100. Individual payment methods may impose their own minimum transaction limits, which will be displayed at point of transaction.

6.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or wallets that belong to you personally. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or associates — are prohibited. Deposits found to originate from third-party sources will be refunded to the source account and the associated 9ph10 Account may be suspended.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. 9ph10 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically credited within 15–30 minutes subject to the respective bank's processing schedule. 9ph10 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals

Subject to these Terms, you may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your 9ph10 Wallet to your verified payment account at any time through the cashier section.

7.1 KYC Requirement. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts. KYC documentation requirements are set out in Section 4.3.

7.2 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts and methods that have been verified and used for deposits. 9ph10 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

Attempting to reverse or chargeback legitimate deposits after associated bets have been placed.

Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances outside 9ph10's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security in accordance with Section 5.
The conduct, content, or actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or external services accessible through or integrated with the Platform.

9ph10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

9ph10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
Underage gambling or inability to verify age eligibility
At the player's own written request
Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity recorded

15.1 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a player's own request and no breach of these Terms is involved, any verified Real Money Fund balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, net of any outstanding wagering obligations. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, 9ph10 reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the Account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

15.2 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months with a positive balance will be notified by email or SMS to the registered contact details. If no activity occurs within 30 days of notification, the account will be designated dormant and an inactivity fee may apply in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform.

Amendments to These Terms
